We use our Sports Premium Funding to ensure that our pupils have lots of opportunities to get active and to compete with other schools. In 2017-18 our football, rugby, netball and rounders teams were in regular action and all had a good degree of success. In addition to this, our younger pupils got to take part in dance festivals and multi-sport taster events. We also used funds to buy sporting resources and to train our staff.  Additionally last year, we provided specialist coaching for multi-skills and gymnastics. Please see the table below for a summary of our spending.

By the end of 2017-18 93% of our Y6 pupils could swim at least 25 metres, could use a range of strokes properly and could self-rescue.
